About We Hope by LucyClever

If angel cross stitch is what you came for, start here — We Hope by LucyClever is the plainest reading of that request on the Cross Stitch Patterns shelf. LucyClever Graphic by LucyClever_Stitch made it. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge. It has gone unnoticed so far. We found it worth shelving anyway.

If you want one use for it, take animal cross stitch: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. Count the stitches against your fabric first: the same chart on 14-count and 18-count aida gives two very different finished sizes. The licence tab and the full-size preview are the whole of our due diligence here, and they take about a minute between them.

The words on the listing are christmas angel, christmas cross stitch, christmas sampler and counted cross stitch, and they are worth reading as a description rather than as tags. We keep it under Cross Stitch Patterns, which is where to look if you want the rest of the cross stitch patterns we have gone through. We track what people actually type before they land here: cross body bag pattern free sewing, quilting stitch patterns, cross body bag sewing pattern, stitch patterns sewing and quilt stitch patterns. If that is roughly what you were after, this pattern is in the right family.

How to use this pattern

  1. Download the files from Creative Fabrica and unzip them into one folder.
  2. Print the pattern sheets at 100% — no scaling, no «fit to page» — and check the test square with a ruler before you cut anything.
  3. Tape the sheets together on the printed match marks, then cut the pieces out and keep the instruction sheet next to your machine.
  4. Sew a quick version in cheap fabric first if the shape is new to you; the second one is always the one you keep.
