About Elephant Embroidery Design
Most of what turns up under african embroidery needs work before it is usable. Elephant Embroidery Design is the version that does not. We keep it filed mentally under digital embroidery, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. One thing we always do and you should too: open the preview full size. A thumbnail hides exactly the detail that decides whether african embroidery is really what you are getting.
It answers to animal embroidery, digitized designs, digitized embroidery and digitized files, and that spread of wording is worth noting: a file tagged this consistently usually behaves the way the preview suggests. How to use this pattern
- Download the files from Creative Fabrica and unzip them into one folder.
- Print the pattern sheets at 100% — no scaling, no «fit to page» — and check the test square with a ruler before you cut anything.
- Tape the sheets together on the printed match marks, then cut the pieces out and keep the instruction sheet next to your machine.
- Sew a quick version in cheap fabric first if the shape is new to you; the second one is always the one you keep.
