About Forest Fox
Most of what turns up under animal design needs work before it is usable. Forest Fox is the version that does not. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge. Only 39 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's.
Our own plan for it is boho embroidery, because that is where this kind of pattern does the least arguing with you. Dense animal fills pucker thin cotton. Back the fabric with cut-away stabiliser, not tear-away, whenever the stitch count runs high. The licence tab and the full-size preview are the whole of our due diligence here, and they take about a minute between them.
It answers to animal embroidery, digital embroidery, embroidery art and embroidery file, and that spread of wording is worth noting: a file tagged this consistently usually behaves the way the preview suggests. How to use this pattern
- Download the files from Creative Fabrica and unzip them into one folder.
- Print the pattern sheets at 100% — no scaling, no «fit to page» — and check the test square with a ruler before you cut anything.
- Tape the sheets together on the printed match marks, then cut the pieces out and keep the instruction sheet next to your machine.
- Sew a quick version in cheap fabric first if the shape is new to you; the second one is always the one you keep.
