About Geisha
Most of what turns up under decoration needs work before it is usable. Geisha is the version that does not. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge. 18 saves mean nobody has tested it for you. We still think it holds up.
Our own plan for it is digital art, because that is where this kind of pattern does the least arguing with you. Map and flag designs age badly if they carry a year. Pick the plain version for anything you plan to re-stitch. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every pattern on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.
The listing files it under digitizing, embroidery, geisha and japan — those are the words it gets found by, and between them they describe the file better than any category name does. On this site it lives on the Around the World Embroidery Designs shelf, so it also turns up for people browsing around the world embroidery designs rather than searching for it by name. If none of this quite fits, the adjacent requests are around-the-world and they stay on this page.

How to use this pattern
- Download the files from Creative Fabrica and unzip them into one folder.
- Print the pattern sheets at 100% — no scaling, no «fit to page» — and check the test square with a ruler before you cut anything.
- Tape the sheets together on the printed match marks, then cut the pieces out and keep the instruction sheet next to your machine.
- Sew a quick version in cheap fabric first if the shape is new to you; the second one is always the one you keep.
