About Astro-Pup Space Explorer
Most of what turns up under astronaut patch needs work before it is usable. Astro-Pup Space Explorer is the version that does not. No reviews either way, so the preview is doing all the work on this one. Only 6 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's.
Our own plan for it is astro-pup design, because that is where this kind of pattern does the least arguing with you. Check the hoop size against the garment, not the picture. A 5x7 design will not sit flat on a newborn bodysuit. The licence tab and the full-size preview are the whole of our due diligence here, and they take about a minute between them.
Search for children’s apparel, cosmic explorer, dog astronaut and dog in space suit and this is the file those words land on; they are all the same pattern, filed under whichever phrase you happened to type. We filed it under Baby & Kids Embroidery Designs for the obvious reason, and the shelf is small enough to read end to end. Related wording on the shelf: babies-kids. Same shelf, different phrasing, and the sort options above work across all of it.

How to use this pattern
- Download the files from Creative Fabrica and unzip them into one folder.
- Print the pattern sheets at 100% — no scaling, no «fit to page» — and check the test square with a ruler before you cut anything.
- Tape the sheets together on the printed match marks, then cut the pieces out and keep the instruction sheet next to your machine.
- Sew a quick version in cheap fabric first if the shape is new to you; the second one is always the one you keep.
