About Chunky Green Toy Robot
Most of what turns up under android needs work before it is usable. Chunky Green Toy Robot is the version that does not. Unreviewed so far — read that as untested rather than as a verdict. It sits at 6 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it.
Check the hoop size against the garment, not the picture. A 5x7 design will not sit flat on a newborn bodysuit. We keep it filed mentally under artificial intelligence, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. Before downloading, give the preview a full-size look and read the licence tab — two clicks, and they answer most of what the listing leaves unsaid.
Search for character, chunky and cyborg and this is the file those words land on; they are all the same pattern, filed under whichever phrase you happened to type. You will find it among the baby & kids embroidery designs, sorted next to everything that does roughly the same job. Nearby you will see babies-kids, which is where to go if this one is nearly right but not quite.

How to use this pattern
- Download the files from Creative Fabrica and unzip them into one folder.
- Print the pattern sheets at 100% — no scaling, no «fit to page» — and check the test square with a ruler before you cut anything.
- Tape the sheets together on the printed match marks, then cut the pieces out and keep the instruction sheet next to your machine.
- Sew a quick version in cheap fabric first if the shape is new to you; the second one is always the one you keep.
