About Gnome
Most of what turns up under christmas embroidery needs work before it is usable. Gnome is the version that does not. The save count is still small at 70, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence.
We keep it filed mentally under digital embroidery, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. Children's clothing goes through the wash twice a week. Choose a design with a satin-stitch border: it survives tumbling far better than a raw appliqué edge. One thing we always do and you should too: open the preview full size. A thumbnail hides exactly the detail that decides whether christmas embroidery is really what you are getting.

How to use this pattern
- Download the files from Creative Fabrica and unzip them into one folder.
- Print the pattern sheets at 100% — no scaling, no «fit to page» — and check the test square with a ruler before you cut anything.
- Tape the sheets together on the printed match marks, then cut the pieces out and keep the instruction sheet next to your machine.
- Sew a quick version in cheap fabric first if the shape is new to you; the second one is always the one you keep.
