About Whimsical Fairy
What we like about Whimsical Fairy is how little it tries to be everything — it does artistic, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Baby & Kids Embroidery Designs shelf. The save count is still small at 32, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence.
We keep it filed mentally under craft, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. Appliqué versions stitch faster and stay softer against skin than a solid fill of the same size. The licence tab and the full-size preview are the whole of our due diligence here, and they take about a minute between them.
The words on the listing are creative, decorative, design and diy projects, and they are worth reading as a description rather than as tags. The same shelf also answers to babies-kids, so widen the search there before giving up on it. We filed it under Baby & Kids Embroidery Designs for the obvious reason, and the shelf is small enough to read end to end.

How to use this pattern
- Download the files from Creative Fabrica and unzip them into one folder.
- Print the pattern sheets at 100% — no scaling, no «fit to page» — and check the test square with a ruler before you cut anything.
- Tape the sheets together on the printed match marks, then cut the pieces out and keep the instruction sheet next to your machine.
- Sew a quick version in cheap fabric first if the shape is new to you; the second one is always the one you keep.
