About Leaf of Honor
Most of what turns up under beautiful embroidery needs work before it is usable. Leaf of Honor is the version that does not. Measure the finished repeat, not the hoop. Four repeats of a 180 mm border do not fit a standard pillowcase. Our own plan for it is best embroidery designs, because that is where this kind of pattern does the least arguing with you. How to use this pattern
- Download the files from Creative Fabrica and unzip them into one folder.
- Print the pattern sheets at 100% — no scaling, no «fit to page» — and check the test square with a ruler before you cut anything.
- Tape the sheets together on the printed match marks, then cut the pieces out and keep the instruction sheet next to your machine.
- Sew a quick version in cheap fabric first if the shape is new to you; the second one is always the one you keep.
