About Rainbow Border
Rainbow Border earned its place here for one reason: it is a straight answer to beautiful, and straight answers are rarer in this pattern catalogue than you would think. Unreviewed so far — read that as untested rather than as a verdict. It sits at 4 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it.
Check whether the design is sold as a repeat with matching ends. A border that does not join cleanly needs a corner motif to hide the seam. Our own plan for it is colorful, because that is where this kind of pattern does the least arguing with you. The licence tab and the full-size preview are the whole of our due diligence here, and they take about a minute between them.
The words on the listing are border, colorful border, corner and decor, and they are worth reading as a description rather than as tags. Its home here is Border Embroidery Designs — open that shelf if you would rather compare a few before choosing. The same shelf also answers to borders, so widen the search there before giving up on it.

How to use this pattern
- Download the files from Creative Fabrica and unzip them into one folder.
- Print the pattern sheets at 100% — no scaling, no «fit to page» — and check the test square with a ruler before you cut anything.
- Tape the sheets together on the printed match marks, then cut the pieces out and keep the instruction sheet next to your machine.
- Sew a quick version in cheap fabric first if the shape is new to you; the second one is always the one you keep.
