About Progress over Perfection
Most of what turns up under affirmation artwork needs work before it is usable. Progress over Perfection is the version that does not. The review tab is empty. Read the quote out loud before stitching. On a gift, a line that scans badly is more noticeable than a crooked letter. Put it to work on botanical embroidery first. If it survives that, it will survive whatever you had in mind next. The words on the listing are botanical flowers, cheerful floral embroidery, colorful floral design and confidence embroidery, and they are worth reading as a description rather than as tags. We filed it under Quote & Saying Embroidery Designs for the obvious reason, and the shelf is small enough to read end to end. How to use this pattern
- Download the files from Creative Fabrica and unzip them into one folder.
- Print the pattern sheets at 100% — no scaling, no «fit to page» — and check the test square with a ruler before you cut anything.
- Tape the sheets together on the printed match marks, then cut the pieces out and keep the instruction sheet next to your machine.
- Sew a quick version in cheap fabric first if the shape is new to you; the second one is always the one you keep.
