About Smile
This is the one we reach for when the request is happy. Smile keeps it simple, which is why it sits here rather than in the reserve pile. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge. The save count is still small at 32, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus.
Lettering under about 6 mm tall loses its counters in thread. If the design does not state a minimum height, treat small script as decoration, not text. If you want one use for it, take smile: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether happy was the description or the aspiration.
The words on the listing are happy face, smile embroidery and smiley, and they are worth reading as a description rather than as tags. You will find it among the quote & saying embroidery designs, sorted next to everything that does roughly the same job. The same shelf also answers to awareness-inspiration, so widen the search there before giving up on it.

How to use this pattern
- Download the files from Creative Fabrica and unzip them into one folder.
- Print the pattern sheets at 100% — no scaling, no «fit to page» — and check the test square with a ruler before you cut anything.
- Tape the sheets together on the printed match marks, then cut the pieces out and keep the instruction sheet next to your machine.
- Sew a quick version in cheap fabric first if the shape is new to you; the second one is always the one you keep.
