About Smile
Most of what turns up under children's clothing needs work before it is usable. Smile is the version that does not. With 3 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence.
Children's clothing goes through the wash twice a week. Choose a design with a satin-stitch border: it survives tumbling far better than a raw appliqué edge. Put it to work on classic smile first. If it survives that, it will survive whatever you had in mind next. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether children's clothing was the description or the aspiration.
Filed as cute smile embroidery design, digitizing smile embroidery design, digitizing smile embroidery for hat and farmhouse decor. Tags are a rough instrument, but a consistent set like that usually means the file is what it claims. If none of this quite fits, the adjacent requests are babies-kids and they stay on this page. It is shelved with the rest of the baby & kids embroidery designs, and that is the quickest way to see what else sits in the same register before you settle on this one.

How to use this pattern
- Download the files from Creative Fabrica and unzip them into one folder.
- Print the pattern sheets at 100% — no scaling, no «fit to page» — and check the test square with a ruler before you cut anything.
- Tape the sheets together on the printed match marks, then cut the pieces out and keep the instruction sheet next to your machine.
- Sew a quick version in cheap fabric first if the shape is new to you; the second one is always the one you keep.
