About Grito

This is the one we reach for when the request is aguja magica. Grito keeps it simple, which is why it sits here rather than in the reserve pile. The designer behind it is murcielagata.designs. 30 saves mean nobody has tested it for you. We still think it holds up. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist.

Whatever you are making, read the finished measurements and the fabric list before the instructions: those two decide whether the project is the one you wanted. Put it to work on bordado ruso first. If it survives that, it will survive whatever you had in mind next. The licence tab and the full-size preview are the whole of our due diligence here, and they take about a minute between them.

Filed as embroidery, pattern, pdf pattern and punch needle. Tags are a rough instrument, but a consistent set like that usually means the file is what it claims. We keep it under Sewing Patterns, which is where to look if you want the rest of the sewing patterns we have gone through. Related wording on the shelf: sewing pattern, sewing tutorial and sewing project. Same shelf, different phrasing, and the sort options above work across all of it. The wording people arrive with is skirt sewing pattern, dress sewing pattern, makeup bag sewing pattern, cat sewing pattern free printable and baggy pants sewing pattern free, and we would rather shelve for those requests than for how a thumbnail looks in a grid.

How to use this pattern

  1. Download the files from Creative Fabrica and unzip them into one folder.
  2. Print the pattern sheets at 100% — no scaling, no «fit to page» — and check the test square with a ruler before you cut anything.
  3. Tape the sheets together on the printed match marks, then cut the pieces out and keep the instruction sheet next to your machine.
  4. Sew a quick version in cheap fabric first if the shape is new to you; the second one is always the one you keep.
